Payment Terms
The payment terms for the auction are PA check, cash, wire transfer or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. The buyers premium for this auction is 18%. A 3% discount will apply to all invoices by with a PA check,, cash or a wire transfer (with a $12.00 fee) before Thursday December 17 at 4:00pm. All invoices not paid by December 17 @ 4:00 pm will result in yur credit cad on file being charged. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. No fee for credit cards. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids.
