A buyer's premium of 18% of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online to reach the total sales price. CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS EXCEPT ANY INVOICE GREATER THAN $2000.00 which certified payments, cash or wire transfer may be required.. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax.Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot, No credit card usage fee. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. NOTE: By placing a bid online, the bidder has signified that they have examined the items to their complete satisfaction and/or they have chosen not to physically examine the items and waive any and all rights regarding the aforementioned pertaining to each item/lot. NO GUARANTEE IS MADE ON CONDITION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED OR REFUNDS GRANTED. The auctioneer determines the highest bidder. Any dispute which arises will be handled at the auctioneer's discretion, which can include, but is not limited to, putting the lot in question back up for auction. In the instance there is a tie bid between the floor and/or the internet bidders and/or absentee bidders, it will be handled at the auctioneers descretion. Because it is a live auction it will always be the 1st bid the auctioneer sees. AS AN ONLINE BIDDER YOU ASSUME ANY RISK ASSOCIATED WITH "WINNING" AN ITEM AND NOT ACTUALLY HAVING THE ITEM SELL TO YOU. THIS IS DUE TO (1) THE FINAL HAMMER OF THE AUCTIONEER AND (2) ONCE A LOT IS CLOSED ON THE ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM THE OPERATOR IS NOT ABLE TO RE-OPEN THAT LOT. Absentee bids are accepted up to and during the live auction. Pa Auction Center is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions of, or failure to carryout an absentee bid, regardless of how the bid was submitted. This also includes any technical failures that may arise during the auction that affect absentee bids, including but not limited to, internet connections, telephones, computers, and networks. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The final call of the auctioneer or fall of the hammer of a lot to the highest bidder formally indicates the change of title and possession passes to that high bidder, regardless of the bidding method used, including in house, online, or via an absentee bid. Immediately upon this transfer, the high bidder assumes all responsibility and/or risk of the lot(s) purchased, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc. Internet bidders, be aware that in the case of any internet connection or computer failures, etc. the live auction will proceed as scheduled. PICKING UP Within 12 hours of the auction you will receive a notification from Shipping Saint. If you pan on picking up please respond to that email or text stating your intentions of picking up. Otherwise a shipping quote will be sent to you unless you bought a vehicle or a larger item. SHIPPING If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be billed separately through a site called Shipping Saint. You will start to receive notifications from this site within 12 hours of the auction. Once payment has been received by the auction company please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Most times it will only take a few days. All shipping will be handled through a company called Shipping Saint. Notifications as to the status of packing, shipping and payment for shipping will be sent out via email and text message. Failure to remit payment for shipping services will result in us charging your card on file. Packaging will be billed based on the amount of time and material used to package the items . We do not ship to bidders outside of the US. There will be a minimum of $5.00 packing fee per invoice for all antiques and none coin/currency related items and rates will go up depending on how much material and time is spent packing the item. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including but not limited to insurance, handling, material, and other charges that may apply including, a per lot handling fee. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
